Classes for 2012
We have been busy organizing classes for 2012. There will be a lot happening next year, Sewing groups will be on everyday ,for those of you that just want to come and sew your own projects and work at your own pace, with with teacher on hand with like minded ladies. We love our sewing groups. Also lot's of workshops , block of the month, Machine Embroidery Club, Software day, Quilt in a day workshop, Learn to Quilt ,and Ange is coming back to teach Dressmaking. It's going to be a great year.A Newsletter with more info will come as soon as we finalize dates's. If anyone has any idea's for a class that they might want to do please let me know.

What a Great Day
What a Great Day we had on Saturday 29th of October. Thank you so much to everyone that attended and donated money or a prize and there time. Sorry the photo's are a bit late but it has been a very busy week (which is good) We raised $2700.00 on the day and a couple more donations have come to the store since then. When we have the final amount I will let you know.
Lara (ange's Daughter) won best Dressed and the guessing competition (chocolates)
Most of the girls did get some sewing done.

Deb made some cupcakes which we sold for 50 cents. They were yummy.
We ended up finishing about 9pm ,just as it started to rain. The day went really fast. Thanks again to all the lovely Ladies that helped on the day.
